Rico lives with his grandparents, who provide him with a loving and stable home. His grandpa teaches him handy skills, while his grandma always has delicious meals cooking. Despite some challenges, Rico is resilient and known for his big heart and infectious laugh. He loves spending time with his cousins, whether they’re playing tag, racing bikes, or hanging out in the yard. Nature is his favorite playground, where he enjoys exploring, digging for worms, and dreaming about the future. His love for family and the outdoors helps him stay grounded and happy.

Rico is wishing for a Target gift card so he can shop for the supplies he'll need for a successful school year. He is looking forward to choosing a backpack, lunch box, notebooks, pencils, and other classroom essentials that will help him stay organized and ready to learn. Having the chance to pick out the items himself would make this new school year feel even more exciting and help him walk into the classroom feeling prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.
