Javon is an energetic young boy who loves reading and lives with his Mom and 4 siblings. They are currently staying in a small apartment temporarily where he shares a room with 3 of his siblings. His mom works very hard but still has trouble supporting the whole family financially. While they are staying in their current apartment Javon and his siblings do not have any beds. Javon's wish is for a sleeping bag to keep him warm and comfortable at night until they move to a new home.
Jovan is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Javon loves arts and crafts and playing football and is a huge fan of the Steelers. He is in the 5th grade and his favorite subject is reading. His favorite book is a Diary of a Wimpy kid. Javon lives with his mom and 4 of his 10 siblings. When he grows up he wants to be a firefighter because they save lives and he wants to be a hero just like them. Jovan was in foster care for over a year but has been reunified with his mom since June 2016. They are still struggling but working very hard to stay together.
