Fostering Hope - MontcoLucas is a sweet boy living in foster care with a family of seven. He brings so much joy to those around him and is growing and thriving every day, always wearing a little smile on his face. He has just begun to giggle when spoken to, which is a wonderful development. Despite having suffered extreme abuse early in his life, he is starting to understand that the world can be a safe place. He is truly a special little boy.
Lucas is doing so well in his foster home, thriving in so many ways, but he still struggles with gaining weight. His doctors have explained that this is tied to his early trauma and limited mobility, making it harder for his body to get everything it needs from table food alone. These nutrient rich food pouches would give Lucas an extra boost of the vitamins, protein, and calories his growing body needs, supplementing his meals in a way that's easy for him to manage. It's a simple addition that could make a real difference in helping Lucas continue to grow big, strong, and healthy.
