Therapeutic Interagency ProgramOyler is a sweet boy with big, bright eyes. He was born positive to substances, so he has struggled in some of his development, but has a sweet personality. He loves to eat and take walks outside when the weather is nice.
Oyler had an amazing summer filled with fun alongside his siblings, but now that they are returning to school, he’s faced with the prospect of playing alone at home. It’s understandable that he feels sad about losing his daily playmates. Oyler is hoping for a new Ninja Turtle launching toy that will keep him entertained throughout the day, eagerly waiting for his siblings to come home in the afternoon to play together once more!
