Kelsey is an energetic, funny child who loves to run, do cartwheels, play soccer, jump on her cousin's trampoline, and dribble balls. Becoming a novelist could very well be a career for Kelsey because she loves telling stories and talking to people. She and her sister moved into a kinship foster placement earlier this year as their biological parents were having some struggles. The girls are happy and thriving with their grandparents. Kelsey gets to start preschool this year, and she can’t wait!

Kelsey is excited to spend her first Christmas season with her grandparents. They want to make the experience magical for the girls, who have never had a visit from Santa before. One thing that would make it extra special is a ride on the local Polar Express! Together with their grandparents, Kelsey and her sister will board a train set for “the North Pole”! Santa will visit with the girls on the train, and they will get to have hot chocolate and a special treat! This experience is one they will never forget!
