Andrew shows an eagerness to learn, connect with people, and care compassionately for animals. Despite a challenging background, with a history of parental drug use, Andrew is a resilient and positive kid.

Andrew and his twin brother recently graduated from speech therapy services! They would continue to benefit from regular practice and exposure to vocabulary and language concepts.
