Kevin is a fun-loving and curious young boy who enjoys playing and exploring, especially with his favorite show, Bluey. He is an autistic child who benefits from engaging activities and a supportive, nurturing environment. Kevin and his family are currently staying in a shelter after his mother made the courageous decision to leave an abusive situation. The transition has been challenging, and the family was unable to take many personal items with them.

This backpack is packed with hands-on activities designed to build the early literacy skills Kevin needs before starting kindergarten, in short ten- to fifteen-minute sessions that keep him engaged without feeling overwhelmed. The included learning guide gives structure to each activity, making it easy to introduce new skills and keep practicing the ones he's still working on. Since the family had to leave most of their belongings behind, having his own portable set of learning materials means Kevin always has what he needs close by.
