Coltan is a young man residing in foster care. He is a quiet kid but is also one of the funniest kids around. He loves to play basketball and be outside. He has a goal of graduating from high school and becoming a race car driver. He loves having Domino's pizza for dinner but really hates broccoli on his plate.

Basketball is Colton's thing, and he's out in the driveway practicing every chance he gets. Right now, without a hoop, he's limited to working on his ball-handling, dribbling, and drilling with nowhere to actually shoot. A basketball hoop would open up a whole new part of the game for him, giving him the chance to practice his shot, track his progress, and finally play real one-on-one games with the other kid in his home.
