Cloe is adorable with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is in foster care and living with her sisters and grandma, which she loves. She sings, she dances, she puts on concerts in the living room. She is learning her ABCs and counting down to kindergarten. She names every baby doll Sally.

Cloe lives in a busy household surrounded by many other children, where it can be difficult to find a quiet moment or have time to herself. With so many kids sharing toys and the television, Cloe doesn’t often get the chance to choose what she wants to watch or play. Having a tablet of her own would give her a special space where she can relax, enjoy her favorite cartoons, and play educational games at her own pace.
