Cloe is adorable with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is in foster care and living with her sisters and grandma, which she loves. She sings, she dances, she puts on concerts in the living room. She is learning her ABCs and counting down to kindergarten. She names every baby doll Sally.

Cloe has been asking for a ride-on toy for a long time, ever since she got to try one at her cousin's house and fell in love with it. Her mom would love to give it to her, but it just isn't in the budget right now. Granting this wish would finally let Cloe hop on and experience that same joy she's been dreaming about ever since that day at her cousin's.
