Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, IncJuniper was placed in her grandmother's care at birth. She was medically fragile at first but is developing well now and is meeting her milestones. She loves to be read to and enjoys watching Ms. Rachel, and she is being introduced to Reading Rainbow. ASL is her second language, and she is Puerto Rican, making this the third language she is learning. She loves music and enjoys the concerts in the park.
Juniper needs a cover to protect her from the winter weather while riding on the back of Grandma's bike. This family uses their bikes to get to the library for reading time, pick up a local food box, do grocery shopping, go to local appointments, and volunteer in their community, etc. She is excited to go on the rides and gets her helmet to prepare each time. This cover will help her keep dry from the rain coming down and the water splashing up from the tires.
