Fleming is a resilient and outgoing individual who loves to express himself through gaming, using it as an outlet whenever he feels overwhelmed. He also enjoys helping out at home by cooking and cleaning. Recently, Fleming moved to a new area and is eager to make new friends this school year, although he often spends quality time at home with his mother. Both he and his mother are currently receiving support services from the state.

Fleming and his mother came to America about five years ago as refugees from Brazil, and his mother is currently working on obtaining her Visa so she can begin working again. Recently, Fleming made the courageous decision to move out of a difficult living environment where his mother’s former roommate was abusive toward him. Amidst these struggles, Fleming’s Nintendo Switch was broken during their recent move, and he would love to have a new one to bring a bit of joy into his life during this tough time.
