Her mother and father are estranged after repeated domestic violence incidents. Joellen is doing better now, is very involved in school activities, and is dually enrolled in college and high school. She is actively participating in therapy and says she is feeling much more optimistic about her future.

Joellen is a bright, active high school senior planning to major in behavioral science, already having completed 12 college credits. As she prepares to turn 18 next month, she wants to celebrate this milestone at Magic Mountain with her CASA and two best friends, and a parking pass would help make that celebration possible.
