Brutus, a bright and energetic boy who has been in his current placement for just over a year, has a wide range of interests and a determined personality. He enjoys riding his hoverboard, wrestling, swimming, and practicing jiu-jitsu, where he has developed impressive skills. Additionally, he loves reading to his grandparents and has a special fondness for Spider-Man and superheroes. Halloween is a favorite time for him; he’d wear his costume all year if he could! One of Brutus’s greatest strengths is his resilience. Being one of the smallest in his age group has taught him to adapt and persevere, turning his size into a personal superpower. His determination, positive spirit, and ability to overcome challenges make him truly special.

Brutus lives with his retired grandparents, who manage on a limited income, but that hasn't stopped him from finding joy in the little things. Spooky season is one of his absolute favorite times of year, and he can't contain his excitement at the thought of spending a fun-filled day at Halloweentown. For Brutus, this outing would be more than just festivities. It would be a chance to create lasting memories with the grandparents who love and support him every day, with shared laughter making the experience even more special.
