Charlie is the son of a former foster child. Charlie has moved around a few times and might have to move again. He has one grandparent, so he doesn't have much family around to support him. Despite moving around and the lack of support, he remains a happy child. He loves toy cars and plastic tool sets, as well as being outside and exploring new activities.

Charlie has some favorite colors he loves to wear, such as blue, gray, and sand tones, and could really use some new clothes right now. New clothing would make a real difference for him, especially during a rough stretch for his caregiver that could even include a move. As any parent of a young child knows, clothing needs change fast, sometimes from one month to the next, so having enough on hand matters more than people often realize, especially during an already uncertain time.
