A Greater HopeCharlie is the son of a former foster child. Charlie has moved around a few times and might have to move again. He has one grandparent, so he doesn't have much family around to support him. Despite moving around and the lack of support, he remains a happy child. He loves toy cars and plastic tool sets, as well as being outside and exploring new activities.
Charlie is a toddler just starting to learn shapes, words, and sounds. Having some learning materials will definitely help him reach age-appropriate milestones.
