Isaac entered foster care at the age of 12 after experiencing sexual abuse, which resulted in her and her siblings being placed into the foster care system. Despite facing difficult circumstances at a young age, Isaac has maintained a positive outlook and continues to find reasons to smile even when life becomes challenging. One of the things that makes Isaac special is her bubbly personality and the joy she brings to those around her. She is creative and expressive and enjoys drawing, painting, singing, dancing, and going to the movies. Isaac continues to embrace her creativity, positivity, and resilience as she works toward building a bright future for herself.

Isaac is seeking help to purchase a scooter for reliable transportation to and from school and work. Currently, she walks everywhere she needs to go, and the nearest bus stop is about a 40-minute walk from her home. A scooter would greatly improve Isaac’s ability to consistently commute to school and work while reducing the time she spends walking between locations. This assistance would increase Isaac's independence, improve her access to education and employment, and support her in achieving her personal and educational goals.
