Having experienced time in foster care, Destiny loves working with children and wants to obtain a degree in education. She currently works with young children at a daycare center. Not only is she smart, she is independent, strong and determined. Destiny is also a loving big sister.

Destiny has just reached the age of majority and is preparing to transition out of foster care entirely, a milestone that comes with both excitement and real uncertainty. A shopping spree at Target would be a meaningful way to support her through this moment, especially as some of her financial support begins to end and covering the basics- clothing, toiletries, makeup, and everyday essentials- becomes harder to manage on her own.
