Ross is a wonderful older youth in foster care. He is working full time at a fiber cable company while saving money. He just moved out of his foster home into his first apartment that he paid for. He is interested in going to college in the near future to study Engineering. Ross is the oldest of 3 siblings and has a lot on his shoulders of being a good support to his sisters. He recently completed an older youth program called MYLA, Missouri Youth Leadership Academy where he was awarded the MVP award.

Ross is an older youth who has chosen to remain in foster care while working with his case manager to build important independent living skills and prepare for his future. He is working full time and recently took a major step forward by moving into his first apartment, but his kitchen is still very bare. An air fryer would give Ross a simple, practical way to learn healthy cooking skills and prepare meals for himself as he builds confidence and independence.
