Hezekiah is a sweet boy in foster care with his older brother. He loves to pet the family dogs and giggles endlessly when his big brother dances for him. Despite facing developmental delays, Hezekiah works hard in physical and occupational therapy to build his strength and skills so he can catch up with his peers. His determination and bright spirit shine through in everything he does.

A water play table, complete with a covering to protect him from the sun, would give Hezekiah a safe, engaging outlet for one of the things he loves most: water. A designated place to splash, pour, scoop, and explore would let him enjoy sensory play in a structured, age-appropriate way, supporting coordination, fine motor skills, and cause-and-effect learning. It could also offer Hezekiah a calming activity that helps him stay regulated when he needs a positive sensory outlet, while giving his caregivers a safe environment to encourage his curiosity and independence. Most importantly, it would give Hezekiah an activity he genuinely loves, complete with lots of happy splashing.
