Fostering Hope - MontcoLucia has a big personality and is not afraid to speak up. She loves animals and wants to become a veterinarian. She found permanency with her foster family and her adoption is coming soon. She stays very close to her extended family.
Lucia is an animal lover so it is no surprise she selected an adorable black cat costume to wear this year. She loves that she will be super comfortable and oh so cute! The cat ears are adorable too and she thinks they will make a great headband after she uses them for trick or treating. She can’t wait to go out with her friends and collect loads of candy!
