Stacy is a loving and devoted mother who shares a very close bond with her daughter. She is caring, compassionate, and family-oriented, and being a mother means everything to her. Even while facing difficult circumstances, Stacy tries her best to remain hopeful and be a source of love and encouragement for her daughter. She is the type of mother who wants her daughter to know that no matter what life brings, they will continue getting through it together. In her personal time, Stacy enjoys listening to music, watching movies and her favorite shows, relaxing, and finding small moments of peace whenever she can. She appreciates the simple things in life and enjoys anything that allows her to unwind and take her mind off everyday responsibilities. Stacy especially loves spending quality time with her daughter. They enjoy watching movies together, listening to music, talking and laughing, going out for something to eat when they can, and simply enjoying each other's company. Some of their favorite moments are the simple ones when they can forget about everything happening around them and just enjoy being mother and daughter. Their bond is incredibly important to Stacy, and creating happy memories with her daughter means the world to her.

Stacy and her daughter are currently experiencing homelessness and are in desperate need of help with a hotel stay. The City of Trenton has been assisting with their hotel accommodations, providing a temporary place to sleep and feel safe. Still, unfortunately, that assistance has ended, and they cannot cover any additional nights. Stacy has continued reaching out for help and contacted 211 in hopes of finding another resource. She was told they may be able to assist with one night at a hotel, but that assistance is not guaranteed. Even if they can help for one night, Stacy and her daughter are still left wondering where they will stay afterward. This is an especially frightening and uncertain time for Stacy and her daughter because they are both managing serious health challenges. Stacy experiences seizures, while her daughter is living with sickle cell disease. Not knowing where they will sleep from one night to the next is already overwhelming, but facing homelessness while also managing their health makes their situation even more difficult. As a mother, Stacy's biggest concern is making sure her daughter has a safe and stable place to rest. She is doing everything she can to navigate this hardship and connect with available resources, but right now, she needs a helping hand. A hotel room would provide more than just a roof over their heads—it would give this mother and daughter a safe place to sleep, shower, rest, and take care of themselves while Stacy continues working toward a more permanent housing solution. Receiving assistance with their hotel stay would give Stacy some much-needed breathing room and, most importantly, allow her daughter to lay her head down at night knowing she is safe. During a time of so much uncertainty, this wish would remind Stacy and her daughter that they are not alone and give them a little hope as they work toward stability.
