Shelly has been in foster care since elementary school and is currently in extended foster care, where she has found some stability living with a family member alongside her brother. She is an Environmental Studies major who plans to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona in Fall 2027. Shelly stays active on campus through the Christian Club and Foster Club and enjoys playing tennis, baseball, and football in her free time. She is working toward her educational goals while building a bright future for herself.

Shelly became an officially licensed driver last month. With her new ability to get around, she wants to make sure she is prepared on the road. This emergency kit will let Shelly drive with peace of mind, knowing she has the essentials for a car emergency.
