Kai-Mour is a kind and loving young man who is currently in the foster care system, living with his grandmother. He is gradually adapting to the challenges of moving frequently, and he is now very happy to be with a relative. Kai-Mour is bright and a joy to be around. He has developed an interest in Spider-Man and Mickey Mouse, which brings him a lot of happiness. Additionally, he enjoys music, especially Disney songs; his grandmother notes that it soothes him when he feels unhappy.

Kai-Mour is excited to dress up for Halloween, but his grandmother can't buy the costume he has his heart set on. She told him they would need to reuse his old costume, so he spoke up in hopes of getting the one he really wants. Kai-Mour dreams of dressing up as Hulk, his favorite hero, and says he will be so happy to have it this year. A new Hulk costume would let him join in the Halloween fun, feeling strong and proud. It would give him a night he gets to enjoy as the hero he loves.
