Vanessa is a young adult who loves Halloween's excitement and wants to celebrate with her friends. With adult responsibilities and expenses, a costume isn't always a priority, and she rarely treats herself just for fun. A Tinkerbell costume would let her show off her creativity and personal style and feel confident at every party and gathering. It would give her something enjoyable to look forward to and make this Halloween season memorable.
