Tray is a sweet boy who has been through a lot in his short life. He has already undergone heart surgery, eats through a G-tube, and is learning how to eat. It looks like he will be in long-term foster care placement. He is starting to make progress and show much improvement because of the commitment and dedication his foster family has shown. He loves cuddling his silky blanket and being rocked.

Tray’s birthday wish is a Nex Playground gaming system. He loves games that get him up and moving, and this one lets him play actively instead of sitting still. Jumping, reaching, and racing through each game builds his gross motor skills, thinking skills, and hand-eye coordination. It would give him a fun, healthy way to burn off energy on the days when it is too cold to play outside, and it would make his birthday a day to remember.
