Kelsey’s friends have decided to turn their Halloween party into a trip back to the 1950s, with matching poodle skirts for every girl in the group. She can already picture the twirling skirts, the laughter, and the photos they will take together. A poodle skirt costume of her own would let her join the group and feel like part of the fun from the moment she walks in. It would give her a night of friendship, self-expression, and Halloween memories to look back on.
