Josiah, 13 years old, MD | 1 DAY WAITING

Wish submitted by:

Josiah is a sports loving boy who is excited to get out and play with friends. Josiah loves to be outdoors, but also loves to play with action figures and superheroes. Josiah is learning to understand emotions and how emotions affect each and every one of us. He is in foster care.

Josiah loves being outside, but he also needs quiet activities that help him slow down when he gets overstimulated. Building Lego with his foster father after dinner has become his favorite way to relax before bedtime. A Lego Speed Champions set with two Mercedes-AMG cars would give him a new project to build together, and the small pieces would gently strengthen his fine motor skills and build his patience. Once the cars are finished, he would have something to play with and display that he built with his own hands.
