Sonia, 10 years old, NC

Sonia has recently come into YFS care for the second time in her 10 years. She struggled when she first came into care opening up and letting people talk to her. She has since made significant improvements and is able to open up about what she likes and even make friends. Sonia likes things that make her comfortable, like stuffed animals and art projects. In school, she really enjoys reading and art!

Sonia has asked for a new winter coat, and she would also love this stylish beanie cap to go with it! When Sonia returned to care, she didn't have many clothes, and definitely none for the colder months. This will help keep her cozy this winter!
