Evan is a playful and energetic baby who has been in foster care since birth. Despite the transitions he has experienced, he continues to make progress toward important developmental milestones, and his family is incredibly proud of how much he has grown. Evan loves spending time with his older siblings and often tries to imitate the things they do. His silly personality and playful nature bring so much laughter and joy to his family.

Early reading plays an important role in building vocabulary, developing literacy skills, and strengthening bonds with caregivers through shared storytime.
