Music is always playing in Melody’s foster home, but sometimes she likes to listen to her own playlist. Melody is nonverbal and has developmental delays, and music is one way she connects with the world around her. A new set of headphones would let her enjoy her favorite songs in her own way, with the sound just for her. Wireless headphones would let her move around the house with ease, while her foster mom finishes her chores and keeps a close eye on her. They would give her a calm, personal space inside a busy home. A set of headphones of her own would bring her joy and comfort, and a happy way to spend time in the middle of everyday life.
