Asia is a quiet but very intelligent young lady. She can be shy at times but warms up very quickly. Asia aspires to be an executive chef and caterer one day. Her love for cooking came from having to prepare meals for her younger siblings when her mom worked late nights. She started using box recipes but now she can create a few of her own recipes and put her special twist on a few others.

Asia has become quite an evolving young entrepreneur these days. Her love for cooking has not only gotten the attention of her friends and family but the principal at her school has asked her to cater for the teacher's luncheon in May during teacher's appreciation week. Asia is very excited and would like to make a lasting professional impression. The chafing dishes will help her to make that impression.
