Central Region Youth Advisory Board (YAB)Jackie has been in foster care for a large part of her life. Regardless of her struggles, she always tries to be the best version of herself and reaches for her dreams no matter what. She fearlessly tried out for The Voice (didn't make it but LOVED the experience), became president of her local Youth Advisory Board, and is currently looking for her own apartment. Jackie fights for what is right and for the things she needs. She hopes to be a social worker one day so she can use that same energy to fight for others. She has recently enrolled at her local community college. She has a huge heart and a smile that lights up a room!
Jackie has been struggling to find permanent housing and has been having a rocky transition after she aged out of foster care. She is looking to buy some personal products and food to help keep her afloat. An e-gift card to Bed Bath and Beyond would be incredibly helpful!
