Rodney would like to have his life time hunting and archery license so he can hunt no matter if his family hits a hard time and can't afford his annual license. With the lifetime license, he can always do what he loves without the worry of affording a license every season/year. He needs to purchase the license before his 16th birthday or he is no longer eligible for it. Having this wish granted will make Rodney very happy and it will help him through his transition and help him feel at home even though he tends to move a lot. It would mean the world to have this wish granted, it would make Rodney feel independent and secure. Rodney would do anything to get this wish granted before his 16th birthday. He hopes someone can grant his wish but, if not, he says he will understand.
