He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter loves to play with his hands. Playing with sand will help to promote the Carter's social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. With winter coming, Carter will be able to continue his love for sandcastles indoors!
