Foster Parent Association of WilkesAfter several years in foster care, Zelma has now been placed in a guardianship, providing her with a stable and nurturing environment. She enjoys expressing her love for fashion, spending quality time with friends, and going to the movies. Coming into care with a large sibling group, Zelma is especially happy to remain close to her sisters. The routine and structure of her new life have been instrumental in helping her stay on track.
Zelma has really enjoyed watching her foster mom cook supper and wants to be just like her. This is something Zelma was not use to before coming into care. Family meals has been a real bonding time and treat for her. Zelma wishes for a kitchen set of her own to pretend to cook and clean like her foster mom.
