Alvin's grandma has limited resources but now that she knows she likely will have long-term care of him and his sister is trying to figure out a plan to make sure to meet their needs. This winter she would love to give him some new clothes and shoes for the holidays that are new and in good condition.
Alvin is 9 years old and lives in OH
Alvin lives with his grandma since his mom isn't able to care for him. His grandma had planned on this being a short term situation, but it now is showing that it is likely that he won't be able to go back to his mom at any time. Alvin struggles with behaviors and attaching to his grandma, so they are working on developing a stronger relationship through therapy.
