Eli is planning on transitioning out of Residential Care into a kinship foster placement with his Cousin and is need of new bed. It would be a great welcome home present for him to pick out a new bed, mattress and frame just for him!
Eli is 22 years old and lives in RI
Eli has been working diligently in his residential treatment program for the past two years. He was set to reunite with his biological father but that did not work out. However, Eli has stayed strong and persevered despite obstacles in permanency plans. He is getting ready to transition out of residential treatment care to live with his cousin in kinship foster placement.
