The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is such a lovable little boy who brings joy to the room every time he enters it. Everywhere he goes everyone will know him before he leaves. Carter is turning 6 years old in March and would love to celebrate his birthday somewhere other than his house. This party will bring as much joy to him as he does to everyone in his presence.
