After three years in the same foster home, Lorenzo and his younger brother Lyndon are reunifying with their biological mother. Lorenzo and Lyndon have a wonderful relationship with their foster family who have committed to being a long term resource for the boys as well as to their mother. The boys would love to be able to keep in touch via face time. Lorenzo is also in first grade where a lot of school information is done via email and classroom based websites. Lorenzo's mother does not have the technology to be able to access these things and we want to ensure that this transition home goes as smoothly as possible for everyone. A tablet with skype and/or facetime capabilities will not only help the boys communicate easily with their foster family and siblings but will help with school related assignments for Lorenzo.
Lorenzo is 12 years old and lives in MA
Lorenzo is a happy and active little boy. Lorenzo enjoys going to school and has made a lot of friends in his class. Lorenzo enjoys playing sports and gets along well with everyone in his foster home. Lorenzo has developed very good relationships with the grandchildren of his foster parents.
