Penelope's mom would like get her girls outside to play instead of watching TV. Some cool chalk, wading pool, or balls would entice the girls to stay outside more. Penelope will be super excited to be able to pick out her own toys!

Penelope recently lost her father. Her mom is struggling with raising two very young girls. Penelope is cute, bubbly little girl. She loves to play with her younger sister and read before bed.
