A BMX Bike for Carson who is sad about Halloween

Carson wishes for a BMX Bike to ride! He went to a Saturday night Halloween Party to have fun; but he came out extreamly sad! It was announced he had won a BMX Bike in a Raffle; but come to find out there was a mix up and he did not get the Bike. He was very upset and now has a bad memory of Halloween that’s going to stick with him. Carson doesn’t have a Bike and was extreamly excited to think he was getting one. Carson needs to make some great memories about Halloween!
Carson is 14 years old and lives in NC
Carson is a friendly and vibrant guy. He loves to dance and dress up as superheroes. He has some developmental delays and struggles in school at times; but always seems come out with a smile on no matter how difficult life gets. He loves football as well.
