A trip to NYC to see the Christmas Spectacular for Esteban

Esteban has expressed to the Division how grateful he would be if he were given the opportunity to attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City during the upcoming holidays. Most of his peers are able to experience traditional holiday activities with their families; however, due to his unfortunate experiences, this is not possible.
Esteban is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Esteban has had a challenging past year and due to his immigration status, he spend several months detained. He has now since been released and wants to pursue the HVAC program through the Bergen Technical Adult Education program in the fall of 2020. Esteban has been in the care of Division since 12/27/17 and is currently living in a supervised living program in Newark, NJ. Esteban is interested in starting in a career in HVAC in order to build himself a stable future with hopes of someday owning a business and working for himself. Esteban has shown himself to be a very resourceful and intelligent young man who has had to overcome many obstacles starting at an early age.
