A winter coat for Kennedy to keep her warm when she is outside playing

Kennedy is growing so fast and she has outgrown last year's coat. Her Mom is transitioning from care and just got a promotion even though she has just had her job for only a few months. Even so, she is catching up on bills and is scrambling to find money to buy a coat for Kennedy. Kennedy likes to be in fashion and wants to fit in at school and her arms are hanging out of last years coat. It turned cold fast this year so we would love to get her a coat quickly
Kennedy is 13 years old and lives in GA
Kennedy is an energetic, vibrant, bright and personable little girl. She loves school, Barbie's and her Mom, not necessarily in that order! Kennedy is an A-B student and is a big help to her Mom. She is a bit of an authority on the needs of children in foster care since her Mom is now a young adult advocate for youth and Kennedy is a good listener. Kennedy shows kindness to other children especially when they first come to our big group events and find them a little scary. Kennedy can be seen holding a hand and playing with little ones on many an occasion.
