Oliver wants to state collecting Paw Patrol. This is s new cartoon he loves to watch and would love to play with as well.
Oliver is 10 years old and lives in KS
Oliver is the only one separated from his 2 other siblings. He is strong and hopeful he will go home soon. Oliver is making friends in foster care and is becoming more open. He loves to spend his free time pretending to be a farmer or train operator.
