Vanessa has faced incredibly tough circumstances in her life. Despite being in foster care since a young age, Vanessa has remained positive and upbeat. Vanessa excels in school and is a quick learner. She impresses adults with her sense of humor and her wit. She also is quite bright and catches on to new ideas and concepts quickly. Vanessa does well academically but sometimes struggles socially with other youth. Vanessa's gift is her positive and outgoing nature.
Vanessa loves arts, crafts and writing in her journal. Vanessa has moved several times in the past year and does not have many belongings of her own. Vanessa is wishing for a new journal and arts and crafts for Christmas. Vanessa would like a gift card to purchase these items herself.
