Snowboots for Zelma to have a blast in the Snow

Zelma needs a pair of winter Snowboots so she can be on the go in snowy weather! She loves to get outside and play and hopes to build a snowman this year! These boots will give her a ticket outside to play!
Zelma is 12 years old and lives in NC
Zelma loves My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, and Minnie Mouse. She also likes to watch cartoons, play with her sisters, and sit in her foster mom's lap. She is attached to her blanket, loves candy, and is looking forward to going to school. She has adjusted well to foster care and loves having her sisters around. Zelma came into care with a large sibling group; she is happy to stay with her sisters and has adjusted well. Routine and schedule have really helped her.
