A Prom Dress for Abby who can not wait to celebrate with her friends

Prom is April 26th, and it is quickly approaching. Abby is so excited to be able to spend a night out with all of her friends, and to partake in a right of passage as huge as Prom. She can not wait to go pick out her dress and wants to have enough time to also make sure she gets the appropriate alterations should she need any.
Abby is 24 years old and lives in PA
Abby lives in a residential treatment center for the last several years after her biological mother was found incompetent of being able to meet her medical and basic care needs. Abby was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and is also legally blind. Despite those setbacks, Abby excels in school and is social and outgoing and enjoys outings!
