Sissely is a bright young lady who formerly entered into foster care in November 2016 after living with the parents of a former school counselor for three years. Sissely is currently a high school Jr. and plans to graduate in May 2019. After completing her high school diploma and Associate's degree she plans to enroll in a college or university to pursue a degree in meteorology. Sissely enjoys watching hair style and make-up tutorials on you tube in her free time.
