A shopping trip for Kandace who was just placed back in care

Kandace was excited to be reunified with her mom, but is really struggling to have been put back in foster care just a couple of months later. She could really use a pick-me-up. We would love to help her have a special shopping day with her new foster mom to help her pick out some things for her new room so that she can make It her own.
Kandace is 12 years old and lives in OH
Kandace is a strong willed girl who knows what she wants. She is learning ways to use her strong voice in positive ways so that she can stay out of trouble at home and school. She is a wonderful older sister who would do anything to protect her younger brothers.
